Corporate Sponsors & Foundations
Corporate Sponsors
Our corporate partners provide a crucial source of financial support for the Chorus. Their participation in the BGMC’s mission is an important link to the community and a symbol of the increasing diversity of the corporate world.
The BGMC’s leadership sponsor is Bank of America. Our corporate sponsors include JetBlue, Reproductive Science Center, Ipswitch and Manhunt.
Please be sure to let these progressive companies know that you appreciate their support of the BGMC.
The BGMC offers a broad range of strategic branding opportunites for corporations and organizations. To explore a partnership with Boston Gay Men’s Chorus, please contact us or call the BGMC office at (617) 542-SING (-7464).
Foundation and Government Support
The BGMC is proud to have earned significant public support of its programs. We receive major annual funding from the Massachusetts Cultural Council a state agency supporting the arts, humanities, and sciences and from the Boston Cultural Council, a municipal agency. Please contact your state and local officials and thank them for their continued support of the arts.
The BGMC is also a selected web charity of the Massachusetts Catalog for Philanthropy. The Catalog selects best practice non-profit organizations as samples of the work being done in the not-for-profit sector. BGMC was honored to be chosen as the Catalog’s first gay identified charity.
Foundation support has included: The Boston Foundation, City of Boston Cultural Agenda Fund, Paul and Edith Babson Foundation, Macy’s East/Federated Department Stores, Boston Gay Rights Fund, The Gill Foundation, Bristol-Myers Squibb, The Polaroid Fund, Choral Arts New England, and Meet the Composer Inc.
If you work for a corporation that has a charitable foundation, contact us to discuss how you can assist us in developing new sources of funding for the BGMC.
